To use acseterator, squirt acseterator into a small container, then add portland cement. Mix to a pasty consistency, allow it to set up to a putty consistency, roll in a ball in your hands, and then shape and apply.
Mix only enough for one application at a time, as the cement will harden very fast. Keep in mind that the portland cement can raise the pH of the water.
If the cement hardens slow or becomes messy in hands, use fresh portland cement. Store portland cement in an air tight plastic bag, away from moisture.
